K3 Advisory Group launches K3 Deal Advisory

K3 Advisory Group has launched K3 Deal Advisory, bringing together its most experienced corporate finance, M&A and transaction specialists into a single, full-service deal advisory business.

The new business has been created to support entrepreneurs, investors and their advisers through growth, investment and exit strategies, with a broader range of expertise, greater execution capability and a stronger national and international footprint.

K3 Deal Advisory brings together deal leaders from three established corporate finance teams across K3 Advisory Group, including the Group’s large transaction team, technology sector specialists, and multi-service and debt advisory-focused teams.

Launching with more than 40 specialists across London, Manchester, Birmingham and other key UK locations, K3 Deal Advisory will provide strategic transaction advice to clients across the mid-market. The business will be led by Adam Zoldan, David Gardner, Ian Barton and Paul Billingham.

The enlarged team has completed more than 500 transactions and realised over £3 billion for clients, combining deep sector knowledge with access to a significant network of acquirers, investors and funders.

K3 Deal Advisory has been built around one clear purpose: helping clients make better decisions, unlock value and achieve stronger outcomes through complex financial transactions.

The business will also connect clients with specialist expertise from across K3 Advisory Group, including due diligence, tax advice, acquisition opportunities, legal support and wealth management. This gives clients access to joined-up advice across the full deal lifecycle, delivered nationally with local presence.
