K3 Advisory Group announces merger of KR8 Advisory and Quantuma

K3 Advisory Group has announced the merger of KR8 Advisory and Quantuma‘s restructuring and forensic accounting business, bringing the two businesses together under the KR8 Advisory brand from August 2026.

The move reflects growing demand from entrepreneurs, leadership teams, investors, lenders and professional advisers for broader expertise and joined-up advice across periods of growth, change and transition.

The combined business will bring together more than 300 professionals across 11 offices, with expertise spanning restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, valuations, eDiscovery, tax, real estate, transaction advisory and business advisory services.
