K3 Advisory Group acquires Organon Trustees

K3 Advisory Group today announces it has acquired Organon Trustees (Organon SIPP Services Limited), a UK-based specialist in self- invested pensions, further strengthening its Wealth Management division.
Organon Trustees provides tailored self-invested pension solutions, including SIPPs and SSASs, to high-net-worth clients through a network of professional advisers. The business is known for its highly personalised approach and strong focus on quality, risk management and long-term client relationships.
The acquisition adds specialist expertise in self-invested pensions to K3 Advisory Group’s Wealth Management division, which manages over £1bn in assets, and supports the continued development of its offering for clients and their advisers.
The business will continue to be led by its founders, Adrian McKinnell and Marc Gwynne, who bring extensive experience in the self-invested pensions sector. Both will play an active role in supporting the growth and integration of the business.
Michael Cauter, Group CEO, K3 Advisory Group said:
“This is a highly complementary acquisition that strengthens our Wealth Management offering in a focused and meaningful way. Organon Trustees brings deep technical expertise in self-invested pensions, alongside a strong reputation for quality and client service. It broadens the range of solutions we can offer and creates further opportunity to support clients and their advisers with more joined-up advice.”
Speaking about the acquisition, Adrian McKinnell, Director, Organon Trustees, said:
“We have built Organon Trustees around a commitment to high-quality, personalised service and long-term relationships with our clients and adviser network. Joining K3 Advisory Group allows us to continue that approach, while benefiting from the broader capabilities and scale of the Group. We see strong alignment in how we operate and a clear opportunity to grow the business over the coming years.”
