Pinnacle completes third acquisition since joining K3 Advisory Group

The deal marks Pinnacle’s third acquisition since becoming part of K3 Advisory Group in October 2024, following the purchases of Chepstow-based AlphaLogix in April 2025 and the Sage and ERP business of Harrogate-based Onesys in November 2025. Each acquisition has added scale to Pinnacle’s Sage practice and reinforced its position as a leading mid-market Sage partner across the UK and Ireland.

Qmulus customers join an award-winning Sage Platinum Club partner with a track record of managing customer transitions smoothly. They will continue to be supported on their existing Sage systems, with access to Pinnacle’s broader cloud accounting and ERP portfolio as their requirements develop. Through K3 Advisory Group, they also gain access to a wider network of professional and advisory expertise.
