Who we’re looking for

We assess behaviours and potential, not just technical knowledge. You do not need to have everything figured out before you apply for our Graduate or Internship Programme.

What matters is that you are curious, motivated and ready to learn. We’re looking for people who can think analytically, communicate clearly and work well with others. People who are open to feedback, willing to get involved and ready to build their confidence in a professional services environment.

You may be a strong fit if you show:

Learning mindset

You are curious, inquisitive and willing to learn. You ask thoughtful questions, take feedback on board and want to keep developing your skills.

Collective strength

You enjoy working with others and understand the value of shared success. You contribute to the team, support those around you and build positive working relationships.

Flexible focus

You are adaptable, resilient and ready to embrace change. You can manage different priorities, stay organised and keep moving forward when things change.

Confident communication

You communicate with professionalism, honesty and respect. You can explain your thinking clearly, listen to others and build confidence in how you present yourself.

Analytical thinking

You are comfortable working with information, solving problems and thinking commercially. You do not need to have studied finance, but you should be able to show an analytical approach through your studies, experience or interests.

Above all, we are looking for people with the potential to learn, contribute and grow with us.

Entry requirements

For our Graduate Programme, we are looking for applicants who have completed, or will have completed, a degree by the programme start date. You will typically need:

  • Strong A- Level results, usually A*s, As and Bs

  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree

  • An analytical approach to problem solving

  • A genuine interest in business and professional services

We do not require one specific degree subject across the programme. Different business areas may look for different strengths, but we welcome applications from a broad range of academic backgrounds. Relevant subjects may include accountancy, finance, economics, maths, sciences, computer science, engineering, law, business, social sciences or other analytical degree disciplines.

For some roles, a specific qualification route or degree background may be more relevant. For example, roles linked to surveying may require a RICS-accredited degree. Where this applies, it will be made clear during the recruitment process.
